WHO-is-WHO of KERALA CARTOONISTS: Aneesh Thomson

Aneesh Thomson who draws under the nom-de-plume of ‘ANEESH’ was born on 7th March 1982, at Kozhikode as the son of late Cartoonist J A Thomson and Usha Mary. He is a bachelor. He has a B.A. in English Literature and a Diploma in 2D animation. He now works as 2D Animator, Keltron Animation Campus, Trivandrum He obtained the 1st place in painting in Kerala University Youth Festival, in 2003. Also he got the 1st place in Western Solo, in Kerala University Youth Festival in 2001. Apart from these he also bagged the 1st place in String Instruments in Keralolsavam at state level and 1st place in drawing caricature from Kerala Cartoon Academy, at school level. He has participated in direction and story board preparation for Inernational Projects for DVD movies.
