Sunil
Moothedath who draws under the same nom-de-plume was born at Manjeri on 18th February 1969, at
Ernakulam as the son of Dr. U.K. Ramachandran and (late) Smt.Gopika . He is married to Anjana
and has a daughter, Arundhathi and son, Ananthakrishnan.
A Post-graduate
in Paediatric Nursing from Father Muller College of Nursing , Mangalore and
RNRM, Sunil he is currently pursuing PhD with the National consortium for PhD
in Nursing under the Indian Nursing Council and working as Professor, Dept. of
Paediatric Nursing, Amrita College of Nursing, AIMS, Kochi. A self-taught
cartoonist and artist, he runs a popular column ‘Cartoon Medical Clinic’ in
Manorama Arogyam monthly. He is equally at ease with colours , dabbling in various
media and has taken part in many group shows organised by the Kerala Lalitha
Kala Academy.
He
now lives at Kochi and has his
permanent address at Karunalayam, Kallempadam, Nilambur, PIN:679329. He works at Amrita College of Nusrsing, AIMS, Ponekkara P.O., KOCHI-41
