K K Suresh
K K Suresh who draws under the same nom-de-plume SURESH KK was born at Podanur, Coimbatore (Dt) as the
son of Govindan Nair and Kamalakshy on 13th April 1976. His first cartoon was published in 1995 in
Rashtradeepika, an evening daily. Since then, he has been freelancing for Deshabhimani
Daily, Mathrubhumi Books, Pakkanar, Science magazines Sasthragathy &
Eureka, Para, Keralaworld.com and Padayani, an eveninger. He worked as
senior visualizer with Penbooks Pvt Ltd. and designed book covers for DC Books,
Mathrubhoomi Books, Penbooks and Covenant Books. He is the recipient of Kerala Cartoon Academy
cartoon awards in 1998 (College) and 2000(Open). His permanent address is Arammandiyil house,
