Joshy Jose who draws under the nom-de-plume ‘JOSHY JOSE PERAMANGALAM’ was born to Shri Jose and Smt. Rosily on 31st May 1975 . He is married to Leemol. They have two boys, Jain and Jithin .
Joshy Jose is a BA graduate from the Calicut University. He is employed with the District Social Welfare Office, Thrissur, a Govt. of Kerala initiative. He freelances for Mangalam and Hasyakairali periodicals.
His first cartoon appeared in 2008 in a pastoral newsletter in which he runs a cartoon column ‘ Narmarashmi’. Since then, his cartoons have appeared in several periodicals.
His hobbies are writing short stories and poems and theatre acting.
